Corporate Document Attestation

Your US company documents attested and ready to use in Saudi Arabia, or any country where you need them.

Document attestation

When you need your US company documents in another country, the original alone is not enough: they must be authenticated the way that country accepts, by apostille or through the embassy. We review your documents, identify the required method, and follow the process until you receive them ready to use.

Attestation

Apostille or embassy attestation?

Two routes to the same goal: a document the destination country accepts. Which one applies depends on that country.

Hague Convention

Apostille

A single certificate recognized by the member countries of the Hague Apostille Convention. Between member countries, it replaces embassy attestation.

or
Outside the Convention

Embassy attestation

For countries outside the Convention, documents are authenticated by the competent authorities and then attested through the destination country’s embassy.

Typical route

The path your documents take

Depending on the document and the destination, the route can include notarization, certification at the state level, authentication at the federal level and attestation at the embassy, or a single apostille. We map it with you before we start.
